“The backpack is so awesome! I work with a group of kids with autism ages 6-9 Mon thru Thurs. I took the training on Saturday in San Diego and was using the materials in the backpack on Monday morning! The feathers are so cool. The kids lie and their backs and blow the feathers up to the sky then watch it land and do it again. The choice board is super empowering for the kids to be a part of the planning process. They sit and think carefully about which yoga pose they want to do with the group. Then she/he tears it off, “all done!” Thank you Vanessa for your hard work in putting these teaching materials together!”
